Did I mention…I AM NOT A BAKER!  However, these recipes are probably the prettiest I have ever baked…I impressed myself! And so easy! I baked both with SPLENDA®granulated sweetener. I have 2 friends who are diabetic but who love their sweets. Both these desserts fit the bill. BECAUSE I KNOW YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE THESE! The Pumpkin Pudding is easy to whip up and bake….serve it warm and it’s similar to a pumpkin souffle….so pretty. Made with Georgia pecans that I helped gather…

This was just BEAUTIFUL…and its cheesecake! Made with homemade graham cracker crust, extra thick because that’s how we like it around here!


YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM!  Apple wins! Both of these desserts are beautiful enough for “Company” so you might consider these recipes for Thanksgiving!
